View different digital signage bulletins designed to encourage employees to become involved in events that were happening in the company, locally or internationally.
Promotions for Celebration Months
The following digital signs were created for events related to specific celebrations: Women’s History Month in March; Asian-American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month in May; and GLAAD’s Spirit Day in October. I used templates from Canva plus any branding assets and photos employee resource groups provided to create these signs, which were then displayed in monitors in select offices worldwide, encouraging employees to participate in these events, driving engagement and awareness of the diversity in the organization.

Building-Sponsored Events
These digital signs were created to promote events that were sponsored by the building’s management. I used any graphics created by building management and augmented them with colored borders so they could fit in the organization’s digital sign standards. In the Pie in the Sky sign, I augmented the design with a QR code to drive employee engagement and participation.

Company-Sponsored Events
These digital signs were created to promote Valentine card-making events that were organized by a company’s workplace experience team in two separate offices. I utilized a template of an oversized Valentine card as a starting point, augmenting it with essential information about the events in relation to which organizations the card drives supported. Then, I augmented the design with a QR code to drive employee engagement and participation. The eye-catching designs were showcased alongside other messages in the offices to drive employee engagement and align with the mood of the season.

Office Cafeteria Scenery Videos
These digital signs were created to add ambiance to the cafeteria of a corporate office. They were designed to loop continuously, to create a calming environment where employees could focus on their work, their conversations, relaxation, or eating. Each month, new visuals would be created to suit the season. For example, the rises were displayed in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Then, shamrocks were showcased in the first half of March in honor of Saint Patrick’s Day. Finally, in May, tulips were shown to celebrate the spring season.
