Company-wide Newsletters
These are newsletters that were sent to an entire company every week. Each newsletter contained the business-critical news, events, and initiatives employees needed to know for the week, plus the latest product releases.
Earlier iterations of this newsletter also contained any non-critical events and news that may interest employees. However, as the newsletter evolved, its focus narrowed to contain a “Top 5” list of critical news items, to facilitate ease of reading and information sharing.
Office-wide Newsletters
These are newsletters that were sent to employees who worked out of a company’s headquarters or nearby from home. These newsletters advertised any news or updates specific to the headquarters, plus there were more events promoted here compared to the later versions of the company-wide newsletter.
As reader needs evolved, images were removed from each news item, to facilitate ease of reading.
